How it works
How an order runs.
The same four steps for every order, whether it's the first run or a repeat.

Enquiry
Send artwork, a sample or a photo of what you need. We confirm material, size, finish and quantity in writing.
- 02
Sample
We make a physical sample on the actual material. Production starts after you approve it.
- 03
Production
The order runs on our printing, weaving and finishing lines. Colour and size are checked during the run.
- 04
Dispatch
We inspect, count and pack by size or style, then ship to your factory, warehouse or forwarder.
Quality checks
What we check.
These checks happen before an order leaves the factory.
- 01ColourMatched to your Pantone or physical reference before the run, then checked on press.
- 02SizeCutting, folding and print position checked against the approved sample.
- 03DataBarcodes are scan-tested. Sizes and text are proofread against your file.
- 04DurabilityWash, rub and adhesion tests for labels, transfers and stickers.
- 05Count & packingCounted and packed by size, style or PO, as you ask.
